Together with neighbour island of Redang and Lang Tengah, this is an excellence vacation destination, with the boat easily can be chartered to go around, it is endless exploration for island's life.

My life in Perhentian
My first visit to perhentian was back in 1991 when i was 17, and it wasnt hard for perhentian to directly gained my full attention and fall in love with the beauties. I didnt visit the island for quite long afterward as i moved to the city for further study and you know, job! After a few visit and taking some friends to visit perhentian, i decided to the island in 2004. Not long, i've turned to be a dive pro in 2007 and working as a dive instructor until today.

I started scubamy.com in 2014, selling 16brands of scuba gears. it wasn't sell much as i aim to guide the divers in making the decision to purchase any items instead of making profit from it. Then in 2016, i founded 'the shark friend' recreational research and education, the idea is easy- create activities with the shark as part of the research, making some profit out of it, and donate part of the profit to the school.

Scuba diving in Perhentian
It is rating as 4star out of 5. An excellence place for scuba certification and newbies! beside, the scuba diving here offers something more challenging dives and required higher level skills such as, wreck and drift diving. Bio-diversity of perhentian has attracts divers from all around the world, if you are lucky, the biggest fish in the world- whale shark might be spotted during your visit, black tip reef shark and turtles are always guaranteed to be here. expect to see barracudas, neddlefishes, butterfly fishes, angels, eel, rays...plus macro lifes such as nudibranchs, baristal, seamoth, shrimps, and could be blue ring octopus or seahorses!
Due to the monsoon season, perhentian will only be opened for tourist/visitor from Mac-Oct.
